I’ve had the experience of being coached, and I know what it’s like to deliver coaching and consultancy myself. When I was a senior manager in the corporate world, I was trained to use the GROW model for coaching and mentoring my team. Since I’ve been self-employed, I qualified as an NLP Practitioner – not because I wanted to become a coach, but to further understand the power of language to influence behaviour.

I’m also a trainer, and have delivered courses on social media, marketing and copywriting since 2008. Finally, I’m a speaker (and co-founded the Professional Speaking Association UK’s South East region). Recent international engagements include speaking about websites at conferences in Cape Town and Marbella.
