Your preferred payment method for an automatic payment contract is used for transactions with that seller. If you have a balance on a more linked cash or cash account, this balance can be used before your preferred payment method. If you or others do not act in the event of a breach of your obligations under this user agreement, we will not waive our right to act in the event of a subsequent or similar infringement. You are responsible for any cancellations, reservations, claims, fees, fines, penalties and other liabilities arising from the PayPal, a customer PayPal or a third party resulting from the violation of this Agreement and/or your use of PayPal services. Our liability to you or a third party is limited, in all circumstances, to the actual amount of direct damage. In addition, PayPal is not liable to the extent that current legislation allows it and you agree to assume PayPal responsibility: for damages or losses (including, but not limited, loss of money, value or reputation, profits or other intangible losses or other intangible or indirect damage) directly or indirectly from: (1) your use or inability to provide our websites, software, systems (including all networks and servers used for any of the PayPal services) operated by us or on our behalf or by any of the services PayPal; (2) delays or interruptions to our websites, software, systems (including all networks and servers used to provide one of the PayPal services) operated by us or on our behalf and one of the PayPal services; (3) viruses or other malware operated by our websites, software, systems (including all networks and servers that provide any of the PayPal services) on our behalf or on our behalf or in any of the PayPal services or sites or services related to our websites, software or services PayPal; (4) disruptions, errors, errors or inaccuracies of any kind in our websites, software, systems (including all networks and servers used to provide any of the PayPal services) operated by us or on our behalf or in any of the services PayPal or in the information and graphics they receive; (5) content, action or inaction, (6) suspension or other action regarding your PayPal account; or (7) Your need to change your practices, content or behaviour, or your loss or inability to make transactions due to changes to this user agreement or PayPal policies.
