One sunny Saturday afternoon in 2013, I was on the steps of St Paul’s Cathedral in London, wearing a Michael Jackson hat and dancing to ‘Man in the Mirror’ for charity. You probably guessed it was for charity, didn’t you? Sorry, I’m not going to share the YouTube link.
Dancing is one of my big hobbies (scuba diving is the other one). I don’t want you to work out how old it makes me, but I’ve been attending dance classes every week since 1983, shortly after the film ‘Fame’ was first released in the UK.
Perhaps that’s why I’ve been asked to write so much copy for health and fitness professionals since then, such as chiropractors, Pilates teachers, nutritionists and personal trainers – I’m interested in the same objectives as they are.
