I had a lovely time this morning, talking to the Spirit of Skyros group on Zoom about the Three Principles understanding discovered by Syd Banks in 1973 on Salt Spring island off the coast of Canada. It was introduced to me by my coach in 2012, and, in parallel with studying improvised comedy, has changed my life. I found I have a lot to say about it and am glad the attendees seemed to appreciate my insights.
