I hosted a free webinar yesterday, where recruiters could quiz my training partner, Mitch Sullivan, about recruitment marketing. We ran it on Zoom in the style of a radio phone-in. I monitored questions that were posted in the chat, invited the chosen questioner to unmute, and then they could chat directly with Mitch and I to get the answer.
As well as providing value when they need it, the webinar proved to be an effective way of promoting our new pre-recorded online course.
