Pam Burrows and I were pleased to be stand-in hosts for the recent PSA Fellows’ Forum. Afterwards, we said it was like putting on a full-day conference – fun, but exhausting.
After an hour of informal networking, Pam MCed the Q&A panel of international legends invited by Andy Lopata. I then ran an interactive getting-to-know-you session, and Graeme Codrington gave us an update on the Fellows’ review. Next, groups moved from Zoom to Congregate.Live for a best-practice brainstorm around four hot topics, capturing the output on shared whiteboards facilitated by volunteer hosts, Jackie, Sarah, Kate and Mark.
After lunch, we organised a series of one-to-ones in breakout rooms and then ran three masterminding sessions. We ended the day with three options: Early finish, pampering with Pam or an online engagement masterclass with me.
Feedback from attendees included “Best Fellows’ event yet”, which made all the hard work worthwhile.
