This afternoon, I’m presenting for 10 minutes on ‘marketing in a crisis’. The audience is a network of small-business owners, and the session will be delivered on Zoom. Even though it’s only 10 minutes, I’ve made it interactive as usual, and prepared some follow-up resources.
I’m not usually so outspoken, but Rikki Arundel invited me to contribute to their Gender Speaker Show. So I agreed. We discussed how the language we use can denigrate women and accidentally exclude non-binary people.
