Why your ads don’t work
Jackie has compiled ten top tips as a beginner’s guide to advertising. This talk has been delivered across the UK at regional meetings for a network of landlords. It proved so popular that she was also asked to produce a series of mini-videos for the company’s intranet, speak at their annual conference, and run advanced sessions on the same topic.

The talk can be adapted for any sector as the principles of advertising are the same.
For example, Jackie gave a five-minute talk for an audience of recruiters. Being in a bar during the evening after an exhibition, it suited a more informal delivery style. Using some of the principles of standup comedy, Jackie made the talk both relevant and entertaining.
The talk was in Petcha Kutcha style with 20 slides that advance automatically every 15 seconds, so timing was critical, and the audience gave a great response.
